For standard product, WIZ lift provide 12 months for whole lift, include main structure and parts.
The 3 years warranty range including: main frame, platform structure, support structure etc. The 12 months warranty range including electrical system, motor, hydraulic cylinder, oil ring, seal ring, limit switch etc.

When WIZ lift received your bank transfer copy, your goods have already begun to enter the jurisdiction of our after-sales service department. They will regularly follow up the production process of goods, and timely update to customers. And they are responsible for quality test before leaving the factory, confirm the delivery time with customer.
When you received the goods, if you meet any problem when installation, just contact our after sale service. Our after sales service team have more than ten persons. Every one have rich lift platform experience. They will try their best to provide help and support to you.
If your lift meet a defective problem in warranty period, apart from man made fault. Please contact us by email or WhatsApp or phone, our professional after sale service team will solve the problem and send the new free part to you by DHL international express. Also, regarding the spare parts, we will provide you some pcs when delivery, which could guarantee you use for 3 years
